St. Nicholas Orphanage
St. Nicholas Orphanage is the only children's home in Siberia which was established by the Roman Catholic Church. It was constructed by "Caritas" Russia in partnership with "Caritas" Germany in 1996, thanks to donations from generous people in Germany and other countries. It is located in Novosibirsk, Russia's third largest city, after Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
Today, St. Nicholas accommodates 40 children (boys and girls) ages 3-16. Some of the children do not have biological families, but most of them have families that are incapable of adequately caring for them. Five Polish and one Russian nun of the Congregation of Sisters of St. Elizabeth (CSSE) and 28 employees work here. The director of St. Nicholas is Sister Barbara Rybus.
St. Nicholas Orphanage takes great pride and has been nationally recognized for its art studio. The children of the orphanage won the Grand-Prix of the VII International Children's Art Festival in Moscow and several other awards. St. Nicholas works in partnership with several different volunteer organizations. Volunteers from Russia and abroad (such as World Wide Youth Camps and Greater Atlanta Christian School) come to Novosibirsk to work in the orphanage.

The Lotus Children's Center
“I go to the police street children holding Centre a it’s like a dog pound, they all say, pick me, pick me, but I can’t take them all”.
A quote from Didi In 1990
In 1993 Didi Kalika, an Australian kindergarten and yoga teacher in Ulaanbaatar, was shocked by the plight of so many kids living on the streets. She started to help the kids by providing food and shelter and soon realized that there was a need for more.
In 1995, with the help of some friends, she started the Lotus Centre: a place that provides children who come from some of the most terrible backgrounds; abandonment, sexual abuse, malnutrition and domestic violence; a chance to change their lives for the better.
Through quality education, meaningful activities and by creating small family groups (10 children to one housemother), the Lotus Centre tries to give children a chance to make a positive future. Today 148 children call the Lotus Centre their home.
The Center has also helps many ultra poor families with income projects and food assistance, so that poverty does not tear their family unit apart. The Lotus Centre isn’t a large organization, we don’t have a marketing department or a fleet of 4 wheel drives, the majority of our core staff are volunteers, while nearly all of our staff work for discounted wages with no overtime. This is a fact that we are proud of, we are a child-focused organization and are a collection of people who are 100 percent committed to the welfare of our kids.

The Home of New Life
The unending wars in the Holy Land have ravished the economy and social order. Those who suffer the most are those who can do the least about it--the children. Economic instability, family strife, and other social problems have increased dramatically.
When I was 10 years old, my father passed away. My family experienced great financial hardships. I was then sent from Jordan to an orphanage in the town of Ramallah (just 10 miles north of Jerusalem) for the next 8 years.
Today, I am directing an orphanage in the very same town! I am currently working with impoverished Palestinian children that have many different and difficult backgrounds. We provide them with food, shelter, clothing, education, and most importantly love and care.

JCM Ophanage
I am narrating you the exact conditions of orphan children in my rural villages of India including those who losses their parents with the AIDS here . Daily I am glancing number of helpless orphans at our public places of the villages. They are suffering a lot at their basic needs like food, clothing and shelter. They are starving for days. They are struggling at their nest facilities .They are helpless without neighbor treatment. Being a Christian I got pitied at their helpless stage. I got much motivated by the verses in the Bible James 1:27.Then I prepared to host them through an orphanage named "Jesus Calls Ministries' Orphanage". Our helpless 26 orphan kids are growing now on perfect healthy conditions. They are going to school regularly by adapting ever good habits under Christian background . I believe that they should become as God's servants in future. By such a pious target I am training them daily. I am going through much trouble trying to provide for their needs. Please pray and take action and send your lovely and sacrificial gifts to this home for FOOD,CLOTHING AND SHELTER.I am praying to go in order to acquire any heavenly support from any side. Since all these days I am searching for a heavenly person like you in order to look into the need of our orphan children. Little support extended by you shall save the lives of our orphan children, and it shall be the heavenly blessing for you and your family.
