Betikara Orphanage
Purpose of Betikara:To educate Malagasy people (children and adults) to be spiritually and physically responsible, to God and to each other. Phase I: Immediate Relief Rent a house. Register the home with the Malagasy government. Provide immediate relief (food, shelter and hope) for children in desperate need. Provide spiritual training. Phase II: A Place to Call Home Build or Purchase a suitable home to house 40 children. Provide spiritual training. Phase III: Meeting Secondary Needs Help residents to become self supporting. Meet educational (both physical and spiritual) needs. Provide vocational type training. Expand as needs arise.
